Licq 1.3.5-rc3

Licq 1.3.5 release candidate 3 is now available. Please give it a good testing. If no major regressions are discovered we'll release the final version next week.

Get it from the usual place: as tarball or from subversion

Changes since rc2:

• Version is now set to 1.3.5.
• Fixed some memory leaks.
• Deactivated debug code for detecting deadlocks.
• Fixed window stickiness.
• Replaced the emoticon theme FeltTip3 with FeltTip4. FeltTip4 has more icons and a more GPL friendly license.
• Display a text string in the popup info if we're waiting for contact authorization.
• Fix to allow floaties for non-ICQ contacts.
• Updated translations.
