'Invalid unknown event' when someone sends message in color

Hi, I've found the following issue with LICQ1.3.4 (no problem with previose versions). I'm from Russia and I'm using en_US.UTF-8 locale, so when someone in my contact lists sends me a colored (I mean when any non-standard color is used) message, I never receive it, but if I go to the 'system-network window' I see the below entry related to the event:

Is it a known problem? If so, how can it be fixed? I'm using FC4 x86_64 with 2.6.11-1.1369_FC4 and have the same problem on FC3 x86 with 2.6.12-1.1381_FC3 if it metters...

Could you try attachment:ticket:1445:licq-1445-no-rtf.patch and see if it solves your problem?
