It would be really nice to have an option for Local time shown in the contact list, so having an %t for time would be really nice. The user-time-zone can be fetched from user-info, and *my* local-time and *my* time-zone should be sufficient to calculate their local time.

Noticing that many user have not set their timezone info, it could be nice to have an option for overriding it with the zone that you know they are in.
