Licq 1.3.6-rc1

The first release candidate for Licq 1.3.6 is now ready for download.

Licq 1.3.6 contains many bugfixes, some new features and a new Qt4 version of the GUI plugin which has gone through a make over since it branched of from the old Qt-Gui.
